Hello, Insiders,
We’re in a liminal space between releases right now. A place that’s betwixt and between: much like the limbo that Jake Fletcher is forced to exist in while he works off the sins of a misspent youth.
How do you like that for a mother-flipping segue?
Aaaanyway…
Seeing as I don’t have a book to foist on you this week, I wanted to let you know that I’m busy pecking out the second half of the new Fletcher & Fletcher title, Deadly Departed.
I’m really enjoying writing this one. Jake’s adventures have taken on a whole other dimension now he’s got a partner to bounce off of. Pairing him up with Frank has added a buddy element to this new case that I think you’re going to dig a bunch. I mean, who wouldn’t want to read the story of a ghost and his reanimated corpse working together to kick the Devil’s furry underbelly, right?
Right?!
And guess what else? We’ve given the F&F super-team a brand new threat to face off against. Something as yet unseen in the Uncanny Kingdom. What kind of a threat? You’ll have to wait until November to find that out.
In the meantime, have you read all of the Jake Fletcher books to date? There are five now (including the mini-prequel, Deathday, which you can get here free by joining our mailing list). You can purchase the first boxed set below. Unless you want to be left looking like an arsehole when the new one comes out. Is that what you want? To look like an arsehole?
NO, I DON’T WANT TO LOOK LIKE AN ARSEHOLE, DAVID.
David.
